What are your Terms of Use?
Students of Digital Tangents agree to pay a tuition fee to Digital Tangents. In return, Digital Tangents will provide a login and password to access courses for which you have registered.
Students agree that Digital Tangents, and/or any of their staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies in course data, or any liability that may result therefrom.
Students also agree that Digital Tangents is not responsible for their inability to login to the courses, either because of poor Internet connections, incorrect typing of logins and passwords, and/or browser incompatibility. Digital Tangents will make every effort to ensure that our servers remain operational 24 hours a day. However, there may be times when the servers are down due to power outages, network problems, or regular maintenance. Students agree that this is normal, and that they will not hold TheAcademy.com responsible for these infrequent outages.
Students also agree that they may not give out logins and/or passwords to other users. Digital Tangents reserves the right to cancel any registration, without refund, if Digital Tangents discovers that a student account is being used by more than one person, or if a login/password is given to another person, regardless of whether they actually use it.
By participating in the A.S.P.E.N. Self Assessment Program, you agree to not distribute any copyrighted material for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, study material, questions, and rationale. The purchase of A.S.P.E.N. Self Assessment Modules grants one user access to the module material. The sharing of user login information, to share module material or for any purpose, is strictly prohibited.
Students agree that Digital Tangents may modify the terms of this agreement at any time.
